Turning point

Turning point

(Collins English dictionary)
a time at which an important change takes place which affects the future of a person or a thing

Turning points are natural aspect of life that can take place due to developmental changes and significant life events and our attempts to adapt. Life transitions often resolve spontaneously through the process of adaptation.

However, sometimes people find themselves with the feeling of "being stuck" unable to find adequate response to unfavourable situation and lack of ideas what to do next. Feeling of failure, helplessness or being lost, are the signs that we need additional support and guidance on our journey of adjusting to change.

It’s always powerful when people seek health, healing and hope in their lives. The moment of reaching out and choosing this path consciously is a turning point itself and first step away from negative alternatives.

We believe psychotherapy is a powerful resource that can help leverage your own resources on your path of transformation.

Turning point is on a mission to promote mental health prevention and make psychotherapy more accessible and affordable by offering online service for people who travel and affordable fees. Certain percentage of our work will be  pro bono based for sensitive groups.

The ultimate goal is to promote and establish psychological help as an integral part of self care just like physical health, exercise or taking care of one’s appearance.
